SOLARA warrants the SOLARA 15ft Double-Sided Outdoor Umbrella against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Contact us if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and we will review each case on its merits.

What is covered

• Structural failure.
• Material degradation beyond normal settling.
• Manufacturing defects.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and cosmetic changes.
• Damage from commercial or outdoor use.
• Intentional damage or misuse.
